Staff Report
The Evangeline Parish Sheriff Department’s Narcotics Unit, on Wednesday, April 20, conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on St. Landry Highway. Agents made contact with the driver, and a brief roadside interview was conducted. K-9 Diego was deployed and gave a positive alert to the presence of narcotics. Agents then searched the vehicle and located illegal narcotics.
