Turkey Creek Police report recent arrests

On February 05, 2022 Officers with the Turkey Creek Police
Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a minor traffic
violation. Upon contact with the driver a Mr. Mathew Johnson it was
learned that Mr. Johnson was on felony probation with a search
clause. Mr. Johnson was searched and drug paraphernalia was
located on his person. Mr. Johnson was cited for the criminal
infraction then released without incident.
On February 10, 2022 Officers with the Turkey Creek Police
Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a minor traffic

violation. Upon Contact with the driver a Mr. Warren Guillory,
officers could see in plain view drug paraphernalia and presumed
Marijuana. The vehicle was searched and Mr. Guillory was cited for
the criminal charges and released without incident.
On February 14, 2022 officers with the Turkey Creek Police
Department was conducting regular business checks at a local
business when they observed a clear baggie with presumed Crystal
Methamphetamine inside the bag. Officers retrieved said baggie then
requested to view video footage from the establishment. After
reviewing the footage it was learned that Mrs. Kimberly Campbell
while purchasing items from the store she opened her wallet next to
the register and the baggie fell from her wallet. A field test was done
on scene to which the substance tested positive for Crystal
Methamphetamine. On February 21, 2022 officers located Mrs.
Campbell within the same business and placed her under arrest for
two outstanding warrants with the Turkey Creek Police Department.
On February 25, 2022 Officers with the Turkey Creek Police
Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a minor traffic
violation. Upon contact with the driver a Mr. Brandon Maricle officers
could tell he was extremely nervous. After a brief roadside
interview, reasonable suspicion for narcotic activity was concluded.
K9 Scar a dual purpose narcotics / patrol K9 was deployed on the
vehicle to which he gave positive alert to the presence of narcotics
within the vehicle. A search of the vehicle was conducted and drug
paraphernalia along with presumed Crystal Methamphetamine were
located. A warrant was applied for and Mr. Maricle turned himself in
a couple days later.
