Lee is arrested for sexual battery and indecent behavior with a juvenile

On May 9, 2022, the mother of a juvenile victim reported that the suspect (Bobby James Lee of Ville Platte) sexually
assaulted her six year old daughter on multiple occasions. Bobby is the uncle of the juvenile victim and he is being
accused of forcing the victim’s hand inside of his pants and having her pleasure him on his penis. On another occasion,
the suspect forced the victim on to a bed, and began kissing her on her face and chest area. When questioning the
suspect he denied any wrong doing. He was later arrested and charged with one count of felony sexual battery and two
counts of indecent behavior of a juvenile. The suspect is currently being held in the Evangeline Parish Jail with a
125,000.00 bond.
