Escaped inmate is in custody

Through combined efforts between the Mamou Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Western District of Louisiana Violent Offender Task Force, Dorian Thomas, an escaped inmate, is back in custody.
Charges against those who aided and harbored Thomas during and after his escape are also expected, according to the Mamou Police Department.
