The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty. Arrested were the following persons:
•Suzanne Duplechain, 54, Mamou, was arrested February 25, 2026, for possession of schedule II CDS and possession of CDS schedule I. Duplechain was released on a $134,500.00 bond.
