EPSO Arrests

The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Joseph Zachary Messer, 31, Turkey Creek, was arrested on June 13, 2021, by the Turkey Creek Police Department for probation or parole violation. Messer remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Lance Kelly Richard, 32, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 16, 2021, by the Ville Platte Police Department for three counts of failure to appear for court. Richard was released on no bond.
• Eric Robert Graffagnini, 23, Pine Prairie, was arrested on June 15, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for first degree rape - victim under 13 years of age and indecent behavior with juveniles. Graffagnini was released on an $800,000.00 bond.
• Dijae Rochon Cannon, 27, Lafayette, was arrested on June 17, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of CDS Schedule IV, possession of CDS Schedule II, possession of CDS Schedule I, and possession of a firearm with CDS. Cannon was released on a $20,500.00 bond.
• Anthony R. Lebleu, 61, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 16, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of a firearm by felon and attempted second degree murder. Lebleu was released on a $200,000.00 bond.
• Timothy Adam Wilson, 39, Mamou, was arrested on June 16, 2021, by Probation and Parole for probation or parole violation. Wilson remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Joshua Sanchez Thomas, 32, LaCrosse, Wis., was arrested on June 19, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for indecent behavior with juveniles. Thomas remains incarcerated on a $60,000.00 bond.
• Michael Wayne Wilson, 40, Lake Charles, was arrested on June 19, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for DWI 1st, possession of firearm by a felon, possession of CDS Schedule I, possession of CDS V, and negligent injuring. Wilson remains incarcerated on a $107,500.00 bond.
• Michael Paul Brandon, 31, Basile, was arrested on June 20, 2021, by the Basile Police Department for domestic abuse aggravated assault. Brandon remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Kelvin Russaw, 34, Richland, was arrested on June 20, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for illegal possession of stolen things. Russaw was released on a $35,000.00 bond.
• Steven Keith Guidry, 32, Mamou, was arrested on June 21, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for simple assault. Guidry was released on a $1,500.00 bond.
• Lavanna Ferguson, 34, Ville Platte, was arrested on June 22, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for court. Ferguson remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Joshua Derone Dominique, 22, Shreveport, was arrested on June 22, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for court. Dominique remains incarcerated on no bond.
