Cooperative endeavor agreement is signed for new jail

Evangeline Parish Police Jury President Bryan Vidrine (second from left) signs the cooperative endeavor agreement among the Evangeline Parish Law Enforcement District, Evangeline Parish Sheriff, and police jury for the construction of a new 200-bed jail in the Industrial Park at an estimated cost of $18 million.
