The 28th annual Youth Festival de la Viande Boucanèe Pageant was held Sunday, April 24, at the Northside Civic Center in Ville Platte. Winners and runners-up were announced as follows:
Petite Miss:
Queen - Cataleya Mott, the four-month-old daughter of Kamal Mott and Krislyn Manuel of Eunice.
Baby Miss:
Queen - Halle Chaddrick, the 11-month-old daughter of Nicholas and Carly Chaddrick of Ville Platte.
First Runner Up - Nevaeh Renee Nelson, the seven-month-old daughter of Geraldo and Samantha Nelson of Ville Platte.
Toddler Miss:
Queen - Penelope Mae Suydam, the 17-month-old daughter of Trent Suydam and Hailey Procter of Pitkin.
First Runner Up - Josie James Fletcher, the 15-month-old daughter of Josh and Brandi Fletcher of Bunkie.
Second Runner Up - Jolie Herboldsheimer, the 13-month-old daughter of Richard and Britney Herboldsheimer of Ville Platte.
Third Runner Up - Willow Grace Miller, the one-year-old daughter of Ursin Miller and Kayla Johnson of Lake Charles.
Tiny Miss:
Queen - Oakley Airhart, the three-year-old daughter of Zack and Racquel Airhart of Duson.
First Runner Up - Olivia Elizabeth Rose Carrier, the two-year-old daughter of Charles and Elizabeth Carrier of Ville Platte.
Second Runner Up - Rainee Lynn Johnson, the three-year-old daughter of Roger and Amanda Johnson of Ville Platte.
Third Runner Up - Demi Herboldsheimer, the two-year-old daughter of Richard and Britney Herboldsheimer of Ville Platte.
Tiny Mr.:
King - Noah Doga, the three-year-old son of Matthew and Tasha Doga of Pine Prairie.
Wee Miss:
Queen - Lilian Rose Saucier, the four-year-old daughter of Patrick and Isabelle Saucier of Pineville.
Little Miss:
Queen - Emma Kojis, the seven-year-old daughter of Scott and Avery Kojis of Bunkie.
First Runner Up - Aubrey Christine Miller, the seven-year-old daughter of Ursin Miller and Kayla Johnson of Lake Charles.
Missy Miss:
Queen - Brooklyn Ann Fontenot, the 10-year-old daughter of Paul and Sisciley Fontenot of Washington.
