Happy New Year to all of you from all of us at Heritage Manor. We are so grateful this year has been far better than last year, and we look forward to having an even better year in 2022.
Long-term care facilities have been hit hard during the pandemic, and we are so excited that, at last, we can have family members in the building for visits with their loved ones. We want to remind all individuals restrictions still apply. A mask must be worn, visitors are not allowed in the dining room or common areas, they are to visit within the resident’s room, and other residents are not allowed to mingle with them. We discourage visitation at meal time, and visitation ends at 6 p.m.
The staff of Heritage Manor welcomes Marie Fontenot to the facility.
The staff of Heritage Manor sends get well wishes to all our loved ones in the hospital.
The staff of Heritage Manor wishes a Happy Birthday this week to Geraldine Dupuis, Lee Fontenot, Wedna Fontenot and Hattie Pouncey.
Activities this week include bingo sponsored by the Knights of Columbus, group exercise, manicures, in-room visits, beauty shop, snack wagon, pokeno, bean bag toss game, mass, social reading, and jingo.
We thank the students of Vidrine Elementary and Sacred Heart for their gifts and Christmas cards sent to all of our residents.
Congratulations to all staff members who won prizes for participating in the Christmas dress out days.
