The family of Brittany Guillory Fontenot wants to offer thanks to the Ville Platte Gazette for providing generous media exposure concerning Brittany Guillory Fontenot’s case. Since the articles were published, we received some positive news, not concerning Brittany Guillory Fontenot’s case, concerning our grandparents’ rights.
We received grandparents’ rights as of Monday, October 23, and wanted to share the good news with your Gazette readers. We thank God for making this possible.
We also would like to thank Judge Marcus L. Fontenot for the just ruling as well as our attorney Dean A. Doherty, of Lafayette.
A very special thank you also goes out to our family for the love and support through this difficult time of our lives.
