Change is coming to delivery of Ville Platte Gazette

The Ville Platte Gazette will begin delivery by mail starting with the January 4, 2024, edition.
Rising distribution costs are causing the change.
If you live in the 70586 zip code, you will receive your Thursday edition of the Gazette by mail on Thursday and your Sunday edition on Saturday.
Subscription rates will increase at your renewal date. New subscriptions rates will be $41.75 for a 3-month subscription, $61.70 for a 6-month subscription, and $83.75 for a 12- month subscription.
Your continued support of your hometown newspaper will assure that you will continue to receive news from the meetings of public bodies, school events, sports, clubs, and organizations that are important to Ville Platte and all of Evangeline Parish.
