PINE PRAIRIE – Sometimes it’s just your year.
For the Basile Bearcats track and field program, it was theirs as they swept the Evangeline Parish track meet in winning both the overall boys and girls parish championships.
They did so behind a flurry of top-three finishers. The Bearcats had a total of 30 top-three finishes in the meet with 11 individual winners…
