VPCC amends curfew hours

The Ville Platte City Council voted to move curfew hours for the city to 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. for adults and businesses. The new curfew goes into effect tonight. The previous curfew was until 6:00 a.m. The curfew for juveniles, however, remains 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. More about today's city council meeting to come in Thursday's issue of The Gazette.
