The Ville Platte Knights of Columbus will be holding the annual BBQ today, April 18, at the KC Hall. Pork or chicken dinners are available at $8 a plate. Contact a KC member for tickets.

Food for Seniors
The Evangeline Community Action Agency Inc. and Food for Families/Food for Seniors will be distributing the food boxes via drive-thru at the Ville Platte Civic Center on Thursday, May 4, from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Boggy Bayou Pageants
The Boggy Bayou Miss and Ms Pageants will be held on Saturday, May 8, at 3 p.m. at the Boggy Bayou Fair Grounds. For more information about being a contestant in the pageants, please call Regina Pate at 337-459-1315.
LSUE Bengal Baseball Camp
LSUE Bengals will hold a baseball camp from June 7 through June 11 for ages 5 to 14.
Early registration deadline is May 28 and costs $95, and on-site registration costs $220. Registration includes lunch provided by LSUE cafeteria.
Daily schedule is Monday through Thursday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Bring bat, water jug and/or any type of sports drink, sneakers, and sun screen.
