Eric Guillory wins Le Tournoi for ninth consecutive time; Paul Fontenot wins fastest time

While much of the year has been characterized by upheaval and turmoil, one thing has remained constant. That constant was the championship trophy of Le Tournoi going to Eric Guillory. Guillory won the championship for the ninth year in a row at this year’s event held Sunday, October 18, at the Industrial Park.
“It always feels good to win,” Guillory said. “I’m glad I was lucky enough to win it one more time.”
With the win, Guillory is one off the record behind Mitch Soileau with 10 wins.
Guillory, along with second place finisher Alex Haller, also won the Mr. Perfect Award by collecting all 21 rings around the track.
Rounding out the top 10 are Marcus Guillory, third place; Ryan Haller, fourth place; John Ross Guillory, fifth place; Shane Lee, sixth place; Cody Guillory, seventh place; Cody Manuel, eighth place; Paul Fontenot, ninth place and Fastest Time winner; and Bryan Fontenot, tenth place.
The other eight participants were William Fontenot, Sportsmanship winner Garrett Manuel, Brandon Snoke, Shane Deville, Ben Aguillard, Nick Miller, Keith Saucier, and Kent Saucier.
