The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:
• Manford Marcantel, 45, Mamou, was arrested on March 7, 2021, by the Mamou Police Department for Schedule II - prohibited acts, violation of uniform CDS law in a drug free zone, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm with CDS, possession of CDS Schedule I, illegal possession of stolen firearms, taking contraband into a penal facility, and illegal use of CDS in presence of minor. Marcantel was released on a $61,250.00 bond.
• Betty Guillory, 52, Mamou, was arrested on March 7, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for simple burglary and criminal trespass. Guillory was released on a $7,500.00 bond.
• Laura Pelican, 42, Eunice, was arrested on March 7, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for simple burglary and criminal trespass. Pelican was released on a $12,500.00 bond.
• Paul Ardoin, 42, Eunice, was arrested on March 7, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for simple burglary and criminal trespass. Ardoin was released on a $12,500.00 bond.
• Bryan Fontenot, 40, Eunice, was arrested on March 7, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for simple burglary and criminal trespass. Fontenot was released on a $12,500.00 bond.
• Rininski Valdez Edwards, 30, Ville Platte, was arrested on March 10, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of CDS Schedule II. Edwards remains incarcerated on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Jevante Mackenzie Holland, 27, Ville Platte, was arrested on March 9, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for court. Holland remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Thomas Brock Thrasher, 26, Ville Platte, was arrested on March 9, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to pay child support. Thrasher remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Oxzabien Serie, 24, Ville Platte, was arrested on March 9, 2021, by the Ville Platte Police Department for aggravated assault with a firearm, illegal carrying/discharge of weapons, and simple criminal damage to property. Serie was released on a $37,500.00 bond.
• Jerry David Hayes, 27, DeQuincy, was arrested on March 10, 2021, by the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office for Schedule II - prohibited acts and possession of CDS Schedule I. Hayes remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Patrick Keith Dupre, 19, Ville Platte, was arrested on March 10, 2021, by the Ville Platte Police Department for possession of CDS Schedule I, possession of CDS Schedule II, false imprisonment with weapon, flight from an officer, and simple criminal damage to property. Dupre remains incarcerated on no bond.
• Jennifer Reed Miller, 41, Crossett, Arkansas, was arrested on March 11, 2021, by the Mamou Police Department for accessory after the fact. Miller remains incarcerated on a $5,000.00 bond.
• Brian Michael Livingston, 39, Newark, Ohio, was arrested on March 11, 2021, by the Mamou Police Department for theft, Schedule II- prohibited acts, and violation of uniform CDS law in a drug free zone. Livingston remains incarcerated on a $25,000.00 bond.
