Hey friends, we have an urgent need in our community of Ville Platte. We have guest residents who were evacuated from a nursing home in Lake Charles and now living temporarily at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. They left Lake Charles with only two changes of clothes . They will be our guests for longer than anticipated and they are in need of under-garments, t-shirts, sweat pants, ladies sleeping attire, moo moos etc of various sizes from medium to 3x.
If you would like to assist in meeting their needs, please contact Mable Foreman 337-336- 2300. You can drop off your donations at First Baptist Ville Platte Church office located at 750 West Main Street between the hours of 8:00 am and 2:00 pm Monday -Thursday. If you would rather give a monetary donation to purchase clothing items Ms Mable will direct you in that way. Thank you for your generosity!
