Coutees Arrested with Crack Cocaine and PCP

Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office releases the following:
On the 10th of December 2020 The Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Department K-9 unit, stopped a silver Mercury Grand Am on LA10, for a traffic violation. Upon coming into contact with the driver the deputy could smell a strong odor of narcotics coming from the vehicle. The driver and passenger were acting extremely nervous and kept moving around a lot. Criminal patrol agents arrived on scene and removed occupants from the vehicle, for officer safety. Once the occupants were removed the vehicle, deputies could see a white bag containing crack cocaine on the passenger seat. The agents also noticed an extremely strong chemical smell coming from the vehicle. Deputies found a bottle with PCP in the vehicle also. This led to the following arrest.
