Rotarian Mable Foreman welcomed Dr. Ty Hargroder of Church Point to address the July 6, meeting of the Ville Platte Rotary Club. He has been a physician for 30 years, with 25 years as a wound care specialist. He discussed his background, noting he was born in Bryan, Texas.
