New Life Pentecostal Church, located at 612 W. Cotton Street in Ville Platte, will hold its 15th Annual Women’s Day on Sunday, August 29, at 3 p.m. Guest speaker will be Pastor Mary Cole of New Testament Church in Rayne.
All ladies are asked to wear red and/or white.

The Evangeline Community Action Agency Inc. and Food for Families/Food for Seniors will be distributing the food boxes via drive-thru at the Ville Platte Civic Center Thursday, August 5, from 6 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
