Slew of popular performers set to entertain at Boggy Bayou Fest.

Familiar and new performers are returning to the stage for this year’s Boggy Bayou Festival.

Casey Guillory to
perform Saturday
Casey Guillory will perform at this year’s Boggy Bayou Festival on Saturday, April 6th from 6-8 p.m. on the festival stage.
Originally from Pine Prairie, Guillory resides in Prairie Ronde. He is looking forward to his show with his newly created band and plans to share his love for music with all festival-goers. Guillory, who has performed many local shows since last festival, will be opening for headline entertainer Glen Templeton. Admission to the festival on Saturday is only $6 per day for adults.

Paul and Pete Band to
entertain Friday
For a number of years, the Paul and Pete Band has been entertaining Boggy Bayou Festival-goers. This year will be no different as they are set to take the stage on Friday, April 5, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. to open for Friday headliner Roy Chaffin and the Night Train Band. From Avoyelles Parish, band members will be playing a variety of tunes sure to please everyone.

Jamie Berzas and the Cajun Tradition Band to perform Saturday
Those good ole’ Cajun tunes will be heard at the fairgrounds again this year, thanks to Jamie Berzas and the Cajun Tradition band. In the top photo, members of the band are, from left, Joe Simon, Jamie Berzas, Madeline Berzas, Glen Richard, and Henry Hample. They will be playing on Saturday, April 6, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. Put on your dancing shoes and join Prairie Manor residents as they enjoy the Cajun tunes.

Trace Johnson takes the stage Friday
Trace Johnson, from Glenmora, will play an acoustic show at this year’s Boggy Bayou Festival in Pine Prairie on Friday, April 5, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the festival stage. Johnson is looking forward to his first appearance at Boggy Bayou and hopes to entertain a crowd.
