Local students earn college honors

Several local students were named to the Northwestern State University’s President, Dean and Honor’s lists.
Students named to the President’s List were Nicholas Saucier of Mamou, Alex Gautreaux of Upper Pine Prairie, and Deana May of Ville Platte.
Those named to the Dean’s List were Kelsie King of Turkey Creek and Gabrielle Chapman, Joseph Evans and Hannah Gallow of Ville Platte.
The student named to the Honor’s List was Tre Fontenot of Ville Platte.
