I, C.J. Dardeau, ask for your support in continuing to serve you by re-electing me City Councilman for District A. I am married to Clarice Dardeau and have four children, nine grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
As a life long resident of Ville Platte, I have worked with and among the people of our city as a successful small business owner for 32 years. The experience gained from the operation of a business gave me an advantage in working as your councilman. Budgeting, planning and problem solving decisions made in running a business is much the same as those needed to operate a city. For the past 41 years, I have used this experience as the City Councilman for District A. I have worked with business owners, churches, government entities, educational institutions, and individuals to solve problems and assist others in further developing our city. I have the knowledge and experience needed to continue to work with our mayor and other councilmen to complete the on-going projects and accept the challenges that we face in moving forward.
I assure you that your voice will be heard, and your concerns will be addressed if you re-elect me as your City Councilman for District A.
