The Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following recent bookings into the parish jail. Arrested were the following persons:

Ville Platte – The Louisiana State Police has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office. They are requesting assistance locating 80-year-old James L.

Sheriff Charles R. Guillory, of the Evangeline Parish Sheriff’s Office releases the following:

On Friday October 9th, 2021, Deputies were dispatched to the 900 block of the Chicot Park Rd. in reference to an ATV

Officers with the Turkey Creek Police Department, on September 22, were conducting traffic control on US Hwy 167 when they observed a white van traveling faster than the posted speed limit.
